Community Health Network is very excited to announce the addition of Jeff Meincke, MD, as their newest Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Meincke will be teaming up with CHN Orthopedic Surgeons David Jones, MD, and John Horan, MD to provide clinical excellence and optimal surgical outcomes. Dr. Meincke brings with him over 12 years of experience, and will begin seeing patients on October 8, 2012.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Dr. Meincke completed his orthopedic training at the University Texas at San Antonio and completed his fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Dr. Meincke’s practice encompasses a full range of orthopedic services, including fracture care, joint replacement and surgical and clinical options for degenerative musculoskeletal conditions of the shoulder, spine, hip and knee.

Dr. Meincke and his wife Yolanda have three children, Noah, Matthew and Maria. In his free time, he enjoys biking, fishing, hunting, skiing and boating.
